The AQUAPULSE AQ1B is an underwater metal detector that utilizes a large diameter (38cm) search coil mounted on a length-adjustable pole. The AQ1B can withstand water pressures of up to 100 meters. The internal NiMH battery provides an operating time of approximately 10 hours. Together with the Jet Probe (optional), the Aquapulse can be used to locate objects buried up to 3 meters in sand or sediment, minimizing the amount of dredging required.
