Fisher M-101 Rebar Detector
Detecting and locating items including reinforcing steel, tension cables, and wall anchors
Hitting rebar or damaging tension cables is a common problem when drilling into reinforced concrete. Besides damaging your valuable drilling or grinding tools, this can also have far-reaching consequences for the structure of the concrete construction. This risk can be minimized by using a rebar detector! The Fisher M-101 rebar detector is a metal detector specifically developed for detecting and locating rebar, tension cables, and wall anchors in walls, floors, columns, and ceilings. The electronic housing is worn on the chest using the included strap; the lightweight shaft with search coil is held in one hand, leaving the other hand free to mark the exact position of the detected metal.
