Underground marking, locating, and delineating
EBEX®300 is a highly reliable system for marking and locating underground objects such as conduits, pipes, cables, valves, manhole covers, and measuring points. It is also the ideal system for accurately delineating terrains, plots, parcels, etc. underground. A user of the EBEX® 300 system need not fear destruction, damage, or removal of above-ground markings such as posts and surveying rods. The EBEX®300 system consists of two components: passive electromagnetic markers and a portable detector.
Other features
Markers are applied underground, directly above the object to be marked, or precisely on the boundary of a terrain or plot to be delineated. Elements have a ring or arrow shape depending on the depth and are color-coded. Detection depth varies from 60 cm to a maximum of 210 cm and is re-located by means of the marker detector. The detector is available with one or more response frequencies depending on the detection element to be used. Splash-proof electronics housing. Fully waterproof search coil. Equipped with a sensitivity control and optionally a frequency selector. Connection for optional headphones and charger. LED and piezo signal generator for detection signal and battery check. Powered by 6 x 1.2 Volt AA rechargeable penlight batteries.
