UXO PIDD®2

Time savings for your UXO searches

Conventional mine detectors are inefficient when searching for unexploded ordnance due to their extreme sensitivity to the smallest metal particles. After all, every detection signal must be investigated. With the new PIDD2 from Ebinger, this is a thing of the past! By means of the so-called ‘delay’ controller, metal splinters of a predetermined size can be filtered out, and magnetic interference caused by ferrous soil is suppressed. This results in significant time savings during your UXO searches. The PIDD2 has two operating modes, dynamic and static, and emits a clearly audible acoustic signal upon detection.
