C.Scope Sonde Minitran 33kHz

Locating non-conductive pipes and conduits

The C.Scope Minitran transmitter, also called a ‘sonde’, is used completely independently and is suitable in combination with all C.Scope cable detectors that are equipped with the option to measure depth. In most cases, the Minitran transmitter is screwed onto the end of a drain cleaning set or tension spring, inserted into the pipe or drain pipe to be examined and moved further. Above ground, the user can follow the movement of the Minitran in the transmitter position with a C.Scope Cable Detector tuned to the same frequency. If the pipe is compressed or blocked somewhere, the Minitran stops at this location and can be used to determine where the pipe needs to be repaired based on the signal it emits. The depth can be determined up to a maximum of 6 metres.
