Tracing non-metallic pipes

The Flexi Tracer can be used extremely effectively for locating and tracing non-metallic pipes, tubes and sewage and drainage pipes with a small diameter. Together with a Cable Detector and Signal Generator from C.Scope, the Flexi Tracer can be used to determine both the course and a specific (end) point of a non-metallic pipe. This is particularly useful for locating blockages or other blockages in the pipe. If a Cable Detector with depth measurement is used, the depth of this pipe / blockage can also be determined. The Flexi Tracer consists of a glass fiber tendon on a reel that rotates around an axle. The slip ring in the axle allows the Signal Generator to remain connected to the connection points of the reel while the tendon is inserted into the pipe to be traced. The end point of the pipe can also be determined using the – also flexible – probe at the end of the Flexi Tracer.
